yesterday was a bittersweet day. we went to ivan's grandfather's funeral. he was a great man & it was wonderful to see how much everyone loved him. most touching to me was the love that his wife had for him. it made me think of the love that ivan & i share & how much it has grown in the short time that we've been together. it was beautiful to see the intense love between two people, their children & grandchildren. i can only hope that one day our love will be that strong.
