this dish is super fast & super tasty! the left over white wine makes a great accompaniment to the dinner. i almost can't get over how good & how quick this is - of course those you're cooking for don't have to know how easy it was {you deserve an extra glass of wine for this deliciousness}.
ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. capers
directions:
coat chicken with flour, set aside.
in a large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat. cook chicken & garlic in butter for 15-20 minutes {until thoroughly cooked}.
add wine & lemon juice; sprinkle with pepper. cook until liquid is reduced by half, sprinkle with capers.
