i am determined to do a little of this ↑ this weekend {perhaps in slightly more comfortable clothing - although i am kind of in love with the polka dot dress & matching hat}. we played a lot of tennis a couple summers ago & this summer we haven't quite gotten back in the saddle yet {last summer i was in school so extracurricular activities usually involved me sleeping}. there's something so satisfying about running around the court & hitting {or nearly hitting} that neon yellow fuzz of a ball! of course, i've had to learn to tone it down {getting balls that flew out of the court & got lost somewhere in the neighboring yards gets old}. so this weekend it will happen! ivan, some rackets, some balls & me {it will be beautiful}.
