0 oven roasted brussels sprouts

this is one of my favorite dishes! it's such a simple recipe and absolutely divine. after trying this you'll never want to eat brussels sprouts any other way!





ingredients:
brussels sprouts
olive oil
coarse salt
ground pepper
fresh parmesan cheese


directions:
cut ends of brussels sprouts and peel off outer leaves, {you can slice them in half - they cook faster this way, plus it gives you a nice crispy edge} put them in a pan and drizzle olive oil over them. then sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll them around until they're covered and put them in a 400° oven for about 45 minutes {remembering to stir them around once or twice}. the longer you cook these the better they taste so don't get too hasty to pull them out. once they're done sprinkle some fresh parmesan cheese on top {no powedered crap} and enjoy!
